- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Publish quarterly trend reports and thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products/services
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advose on policy implications of emerging technologies for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, SXSW, or similar forums
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
