Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
