Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen business models
- Produce trend analysis reports on AI, biotech, quantum computing, and societal shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and disruption preparedness
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and futures research tools
