Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and space exploration to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots for exponential technology adoption
- Build a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying futurist methodologies in corporate/tech environments
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready innovations
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight research or strategic impact
- Security clearance preferred for high-impact projects
