Responsibilities
- Develop predictive market models for 2026 industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product development
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, decentralized systems) for strategic integration
- Present foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Design prototyping frameworks for future consumer experiences
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation associates
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout 2026-relevant startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech R&D
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, TED talks)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Future Studies
