Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market paradigms reshaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable innovations into core business operations
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization of future-facing products/services
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI projections
- Advocate for ethical innovation and sustainable development in all future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with documented impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AGI, quantum, neurotech) and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience to Fortune 500 audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology ethics, or disruptive innovation
- Experience building and managing cross-functional innovation teams in global enterprises
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation with measurable outcomes
