- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce predictive reports on biotech convergence, climate-tech evolution, and neuro-interfaces
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to exponential change
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or Technology Forecasting
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-back strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
