Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into next-gen offerings
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise executive leadership on paradigm shifts and competitive positioning strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related field preferred
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
