Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to map technology and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop future-focused scenarios and strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Facilitate innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across business units
- Author thought leadership content on future disruption and opportunity
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or exponential tech leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial products or ventures
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., from futurists.org)
