Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional 'future labs' prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop predictive models for societal adoption of breakthrough innovations
- Advise C-suite on long-term technology investments and ethical implications
- Present foresight findings to global stakeholders through immersive VR briefings
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or future scenario projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
