Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate-tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating theoretical research into scalable prototypes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors for R&D acceleration
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists through agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Futures, Systems Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
