Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and communicate comprehensive innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptors
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive intelligence and identify first-mover advantages
- Drive culture of exponential thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management
