Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging global trends across technology, society, and economics to develop 2026+ innovation scenarios
- Design and execute strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop compelling future narratives and strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure and quantify innovation ROI using advanced KPIs and predictive modeling
- Mentor internal teams in future-thinking methodologies and trend literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
