- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and startups

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling commercialized innovations from concept to market
