- Oversee development of AI ethics frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Coordinate with governments and UN bodies on sustainable technology policy development
- Direct prototyping of holographic interfaces and sensory augmentation platforms
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly strategic pivots based on emerging trend analysis
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years applied research
- Proven track record delivering at least two paradigm-shifting tech products valued at $1B+
- Deep expertise in converging technologies: quantum AI, neuro-implants, and climate engineering
- Published thought leadership in Nature, Science, or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA programs and multilateral technology governance frameworks
