- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with global market trends and regulatory landscapes

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and sustainable development practices
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in launching future-facing products/services (post-2020)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable market impact
