- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 use cases
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Architect future-proof product roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and regulatory trends
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embrace exponential change
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused innovation projects
