Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, climate, and socio-economic domains
- Develop evidence-based scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026-2035
- Present findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of modeling long-term scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published futurist research or strategic frameworks
