Responsibilities
- Map global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, biotech convergence) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI partnerships
- Author thought leadership for Future Horizons Journal (circulation 500K+)
- Design immersive foresight workshops for C-suite executives across 15+ industries
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects in quantum computing and neurotech
- Mentor a global cohort of 50+ futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFMP)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis with Tier 1 consulting firms or innovation labs
- Published portfolio of foresight work (whitepapers, scenario models, TED Talks)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum AI, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Network of 200+ industry futurists, academics, and policy influencers
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
