Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026-2030 market shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients adopting emerging tech
- Lead high-impact innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future solutions
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into long-term roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership on future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Mapping)
