Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze global megatrends across technology, sociology, economics, and environment
- Develop probabilistic scenario models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Produce actionable strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Identify white-space opportunities in emerging sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to challenge assumptions
- Quantify risk/reward profiles of future-facing initiatives
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders using immersive storytelling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Published work on long-term technological or societal shifts
- Experience with AI-driven trend prediction systems
