Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to maintain first-mover advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational change management for technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning with demonstrated impact on P&L growth
