Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for strategic integration
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for next-generation technology solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology incubation programs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech investment analysis
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
