Responsibilities

- Lead quantum/AI innovation projects with $20M+ annual budgets
- Secure partnerships with top-tier research institutions and government agencies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage patent portfolios and IP protection for emerging technologies
- Oversee ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams in agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in quantum/AI leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of securing $100M+ in R&D funding
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Deep understanding of DARPA and NSF grant ecosystems
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and EU AI Act compliance
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
