Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruption vectors to inform long-term investment decisions
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 readiness
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-generation solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Present strategic vision to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist task force of industry experts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in futurist planning
- Proven track record of successfully implementing 5+ year strategic technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, and synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
