Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology vision roadmap with quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including neural interfaces and autonomous systems
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D initiatives
- Present future technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
