Qualifications

- Proven track record of scaling systems handling >10M concurrent operations
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on sustainable computing
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with regulatory compliance for autonomous systems (FAA, FDA, or equivalent)
