- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and maintain the company's patent portfolio for breakthrough innovations
- Monitor geopolitical and sustainability factors affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong understanding of technology forecasting methodologies and market analysis
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping environments
