Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026+ technology adoption across quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential through trend analysis and patent research
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and biometric technologies
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints integrating blockchain, IoT, and AR/VR ecosystems
- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
