Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with quantum/AI specialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE 7000-2026)
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Experience with decentralized governance models
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent innovation portfolio
