Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ examples required)

- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ engineers
