- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and national labs for cutting-edge research
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven projections
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies and ethical innovation
- Drive patent development in at least 3 core technology domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least 3 of these domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies for 5-10 year horizons
- Certification in emerging technology governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
