- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing future-proof solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging industry disruptors
- Present strategic tech visions to investors and board members
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with ESG goals
- Mentor a team of 8+ technology futurists and researchers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation a plus
- Experience with global tech ecosystem mapping
