This role requires blending foresight with execution to transform theoretical innovations into market-ready solutions.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies, and develop go-to-market strategies for products that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces, and AGI frameworks
- Lead market research on emerging tech adoption patterns across enterprise and consumer sectors
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in spatial computing and neural networks
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire transformative startups
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and pilot programs
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford AI research for academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech (quantum/AGI/biotech)
- Proven track record launching products with >$100M revenue in future-tech domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with published research
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Strong network connections with DARPA, IEEE, and World Economic Forum tech councils
