Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on quantum/AI convergence
- Proven track record scaling innovation labs to $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Patents in AI ethics or sustainable tech preferred
