Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key emerging trends like AGI, quantum computing integration, and next-gen cybersecurity.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable infrastructure that supports rapid growth and future technological expansions.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects that explore novel applications of machine learning and data analytics to solve complex business problems.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategies with broader business objectives and market opportunities.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust frameworks to ensure data integrity and security in an evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, high-performing teams through periods of rapid change.
