Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Experience building and scaling tech incubators or R&D labs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
