- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmap aligned with the company’s core business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and Executive Leadership, to translate strategic visions into actionable initiatives.
- Evaluate the feasibility and potential ROI of high-potential emerging tech (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech integration).
- Represent the company as a thought leader in industry forums, conferences, and white papers regarding the future of technology.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with new technological paradigms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership roles.
- Strong background in AI, Machine Learning, or emerging tech sectors with a proven track record of influencing long-term strategy.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering) preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Proven ability to lead change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in public speaking and technical writing.
