Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-divisional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging tech (2026-2030)
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement next-gen digital transformation
- Present strategic vision at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
- Drive patent development in autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI/blockchain/metaverse)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author on technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java preferred)
- Global speaking experience at Web Summit, CES, or Davos
