Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of translating vision into market-ready products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
