- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring ROI on futuristic technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurist technologists and innovation specialists
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks aligned with ESG principles

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focused on future-tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of implementing quantum/AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems, and sustainable tech
- Executive-level experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certification in Technology Strategy, Quantum Computing, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
