Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (US/EU/Asia)
