Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap specifically focused on the innovations anticipated for the year 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development teams in exploring cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Sustainable Energy Systems.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and emerging competitors to proactively identify opportunities and threats for the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and securing buy-in for future initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal 'Innovation Lab' to prototype and validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior technical leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning and R&D.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech stacks relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current market trends and forecast future technological shifts.
