Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 initiatives, identifying emerging technologies that align with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance cloud-native architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in prototyping and testing futuristic technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex visions into executable technical strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-proof systems adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust; extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); and experience with quantum algorithm frameworks.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of successfully deploying breakthrough technologies in a production environment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
