Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate adaptation, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for sustainable business models in 2026+ ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced methodologies like horizon scanning and backcasting
- Represent Nexus at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AGI, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-industry coalitions for systemic change
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks for 2025+
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) preferred
