Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for geopolitical, technological, and climate disruption scenarios
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and track implementation progress
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies like foresight mapping and horizon scanning
- Publish thought leadership pieces in industry publications and at global forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Delphi Method, STEEP analysis, SWOT-PESTLE hybrids)
- Experience leading complex cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
