What You Will Do:
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for defining the strategic roadmap that will define our operations by 2026. You will work closely with C-suite executives to ensure our technological and cultural evolution aligns with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for organizational evolution leading up to and including 2026.
- Analyze emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Automation, to optimize workflows.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop policies that support flexible, remote, and hybrid work models effectively.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to integrate new tools seamlessly into daily operations.
- Present complex strategic proposals to senior leadership and board members.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure Apex Horizon remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or organizational development.
- Proven experience in implementing AI and digital transformation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering large-scale change.
- Experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area or a similar high-growth tech market.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
