Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead bias audits across neural networks and quantum computing applications
- Develop transparency protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies on AI policy development
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI deployment practices
- Research emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
- Author thought leadership papers on responsible AI evolution
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Safety, or related field
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks at Fortune 500 firms
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation for large language models
- Published research on explainable AI (XAI) methodologies
- Experience with quantum computing ethics considerations
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into executable protocols
