Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in algorithmic fairness, explainable AI, and bias detection
- Experience with international AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in quantum computing or biometric AI ethics
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
