Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead bias audits and risk assessments for enterprise AI systems across 15+ departments
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical AI design principles into development lifecycles
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols including internal training and external transparency reports
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance and proactive adaptation
- Present ethical impact assessments to executive leadership and board committees
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology leadership
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven expertise in bias detection methodologies and algorithmic fairness assessment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex ethical technology implementations
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AI Ethics Certification) required
- Strong background in stakeholder management across technical, legal, and executive domains
